Can you stomach it?
A team of researchers conducting a gene study on the bones of Stone Age adults have discovered the absence of the gene necessary to digest milk, supporting the theory that that gene became prevalent throughout Europe after dairy farming was established. The gene mutation rarely exists in persons of Asian and Native American descent, but is very common in people of European descent. Interesting stuff.
